Kakaova plnka / Cocoa butter cream

Pre mna najjednoduchsia plnka vhodna na tortu alebo na rezy.


Kakaova plnka



CO POTREBUJETE:

250g masla na pecenie / 250g of unsalted butter
2 lyzice kakaa / 2tbsp of cocoa powder
300ml mlieka / 300ml of milk
45g vanilkoveho pudingoveho prasku / 45g of vanilla custard powder
200g jemneho krystaloveho cukru (caster sugar) / 200g of caster sugar

(rozpis je na vacsi Piskotovy korpus)




AKO POSTUPOVAT:

Z mlieka, cukru a vanilkoveho pudingu uvarime polohusty puding. Nechame ho poriadne vychladnut. Kym chladne obcas ho treba premiesat, aby sa na povrchu nevytvorila supa. / Pour the milk into the pot, add vanilla custard powder, sugar, stir well and cook until you get thick custard. Let it cool down but stir often to prevent forming "skin" on the surface.

Zmaknute maslo, izbovej teploty vymixujeme, pridame kakao a znova vymixujeme. / Mix soft butter with cocoa powder.

Postupne pridame poriadne vychladnuty puding a zamixujeme ho do masla. / Gradually add custard (both butter and custard must be of same temperature). Everytime you add custard mix it proper with the butter. Continue until you mix all custard into the butter. Your cocoa butter cream is ready to be used for your cake.
